Refund Policy

Refund eligibility

Self-paced seat purchases (Field Briefing or Audit Studio individual seats) are eligible for a full refund if you request cancellation within 7 days of payment and have completed less than 20% of module content as recorded in our learning tracker. Cohort packages follow the schedule below.

Timeframe

Refund requests must be emailed to contact@algorithmitech.digital within the eligibility window. Requests received after the window are evaluated only for documented service failures (for example, cohort cancellation by AlgorithmiTech).

Full and partial refunds

• Full refund — within 7 days, under the completion threshold, unused critique seats.
• Partial refund (50%) — days 8–14 for self-paced seats if completion remains under 40% and no certificate note has been issued.
• Cohort seats — full refund if AlgorithmiTech cancels the cohort; 70% refund if you withdraw at least 14 days before the first live session; 30% refund for withdrawals 7–13 days before; no refund within 6 days of start except where Korean consumer law requires otherwise.

Non-refundable items

Custom scenario workshops already delivered, on-site facilitation travel booked at your request, translated material surcharges after translation has begun, and third-party exam fees (if any are arranged separately) are non-refundable.

Refund process

Email refund requests with your full name, purchase date, invoice or receipt number, program name, and reason. We confirm receipt within two business days and notify you of the decision within 10 business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method when possible, or by bank transfer to a Korean account you designate. Processing typically completes within 10–15 business days after approval. Currency conversion differences on international cards are outside our control.

Cancellation by AlgorithmiTech

If we cancel a cohort or permanently withdraw a program before you receive access, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later date at no extra seat fee.

Exceptions

We may offer goodwill adjustments for prolonged platform outages that block access for more than five consecutive business days. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may result in suspension of future enrollment until resolved.
